We are so happy to launch to the market Scotland’s newest exclusive use venue, lovingly and painstakingly restored from a forgetten and crumbling old building to a comforting, welcoming and luxurious location house for your travelling group.

Ronachan House is equipped with everything you need to house your party and organise the events and meetings required to make your stay at Ronachan a success.
Offering sleeping arrangements for up to 28 adults, Ronachan is divided into 3 separate subdwellings for your party with interconnecting doors between properties to ensure you can still stay as a group.
There are multiple communal areas indoors and outdoors including but not limited to:
- Dining room
- Lounge
- Library
- Games Room
- Snug
- BBQ Patio
- Decking
- Extensive side lawn
- Sandy beach at the foot of the garden
The variety of spaces on offer ensure that whether you need quiet break out spaces, or bustling sociable get togethers, Ronachan House can offer the rooms for your requirements.

Ronachan House is split into 3 separate sub dwellings with interconnecting doors.
The 9 bedroom Main House sleeps 18 across superking, king, and twin bedrooms. All but one bedroom is ensuite, although the only one that doesn’t have its own private ensuite shower room does have a roll top bathroom right next door for ease of use and a splash of extra luxury.
The 3 bedroom Coach House sleeps 6 between a superking, king and twin room. And the 1 bedroom Lookout sleeps 2 as standard with the option to have 2 more catered for via a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
All rooms come supplied with luxury linens, fluffy towels, hairdryers and bathrobes for your ease while staying at Ronachan House.

Ronachan is perfectly equipped for your catering needs no matter what you prefer to do during your event.
The Main House kitchen will serve as your main self-catering kitchen facility although The Coach House and The Lookout also have their own kitchens, each one kitted out with gas hobs and all mod cons expected of modern facilities.
However, for those evenings when you don’t want to self cater we also have a fully equipped industrial catering kitchen in The Main House for one of our pre-approved catering suppliers to come and prepare your meal for you. Our catering partners have been vetted by us to ensure the best of service is provided for your event.
Ronachan House also has 2 outdoor BBQ areas that you can utilise during your stay, one on the patio to the side of the house, and one on the decking at the rear of the property outside The Lookout.

Ronachan Bay is a near secluded beach directly accessed from the garden of the house. It offers white sands for you to stroll along, for the children to play on, and as a memorable backdrop to photographs of your event. Ronachan also has a resident colony of friendly seals who give the house its name.
An Accessible Getaway
Ronachan is beautifully positioned halfway between Tarbert and Campbeltown on the stunning Kintyre Peninsula on the Scottish west coast. It is a straight drive from Glasgow past some perfect stop spots such as Loch Lomond and Inverary.
