Spread over three floors, the Main House sleeping arrangements comprise of:

• 1 master super king size suite with private living room and ensuite bathroom

• 3 king size en suite bedrooms
• 1 king size accessible en suite bedroom
• 1 twin en suite bedroom
• 1 king size room that although does not have a private en suite does have a stunning bathroom with roll top bath next door.

It sleeps 18 people as standard with the facility to add up to 4 inflatable beds or travel cots for young children and infants.

The Main House’s shared spaces are extensive and offer a variety of options for all of our guests. You can enjoy our large extensively equipped kitchen and breakfast room. Our relaxed morning room is the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee. Our dining room will seat your whole party comfortably. The lounge and interconnecting snug are perfect for evening relaxing. Plus there is even a library and a games room complete with full sized snooker table. Every room has been restored and decorated to the highest of standards.

The 3 bedroom Coach House is our go to property for a small group of friends or average sized family. It sleeps 6 as standard with capacity to add up to 2 spaces via an inflatable bed for a young child and/or travel cot for an infant.

The Coach House sits just behind the Main front house of Ronachan between interconnecting doors that can be left open for parties hiring both properties or can be locked for privacy if hired separately. It is spread over 2.5 floors with a twin room on the ground floor and a shower room next door to it. The living room, kitchen diner and WC sit on the mid landing. The first floor features stunning super king size master bedroom, a large bathroom with roll top bath, and a sumptuous king size bedroom.

As with all of the Ronachan House properties, The Coach House has been restored and decorated to the highest of standards. It boasts hand carved furniture, traditional sash and case windows, and elegant modern Scottish decor throughout.

The Coach House also offers visitors exclusive use of an outdoor patio with luxury rattan furniture and BBQ if you are visiting during the spring and summer months.

The Lookout is positioned at the rear elevation of the house, nestled in to the hill behind the property with elevated views across the Sound of Jura to the islands beyond.

Renovated to a high standard with cosy and comforting furnishings and decor, The Lookout has had a beautiful new window fitted that facilitates ultimate enjoyment of the views on offer. There is a family of deer that graze in the brush behind the Lookout’s private decking area and you will regularly see them from a very short distance as you take in your morning coffee.

The apartment is perfect for romantic breaks for couples looking to escape or for small families as the space is flexible enough to accommodate between 2 and 4 people thanks to the pull out sofa bed in the living room. But there need be no worry about quality of sleep in the living area because the dual aspect windows have snugly fitting shutters and coverings to block light and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
