the coach house in a nutshell
The Coach House is a new luxury family holiday home in Scotland on the Kintyre Peninsula. Situated within Ronachan House, it is a cosy and relaxing property ideal for family breaks or small groups of friends. Sleeping 6 people as standard there is also capacity to add in up to 2 extra inflatable beds or cots for young children and infants.
After accessing the property via a communal entrance hallway, you enter the Coach House where accommodation is spread over 2.5 levels:
There is 1 twin room on the ground floor with adjoining shower room
The lounge, kitchen/diner and WC share the middle landing.
And the first floor houses the exceptional superking master bedroom, a stunning bathroom with roll top bath and a third king size bedroom.
The windows of the Coach House look over the grounds and gardens of Ronachan Estate, including the patio and BBQ area that is yours to use, and at the bottom of the sweeping lawn you will find the near secluded white sandy beach of Ronachan Bay.

THE LOOKOUT
The Lookout at Ronachan House is a romantic 1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2 adults and up to two more adults or children in a sofa bed facility in the living room. We can also provide one travel cot for an infant.

The Main House at Ronachan House is a 9 bedroom 3 story property that encompasses the entire front elevation of the building. It sleeps 18 people with space to add up to 4 additional inflatable beds or travel cots for young children and infants.
group bookings
You have the option to book multiple properties at Ronachan House or even to have exclusive use of the entire building depending on the size of your party and your plans while there.

We had a fantastic lunch at The Boathouse on Gigha, briliant day spent on Arran and a very bracing walk to the lighthouse at Mull of Kintyre. So sad to leave but we will definitely be back. Ronachan is beautifully positioned halfway between Tarbert and Campbeltown on the stunning Kintyre Peninsula on the Scottish west coast. It is a straight drive from Glasgow past some perfect stop spots such as Loch Lomond and Inverary.
