Arriving at our large luxury holiday home in scotland

From the moment you turn off the road and through the stone entrance pillars, it feels like you are entering another world as you approach our luxury holiday home. You travel down a long driveway under a canopy of trees and shrubs, winding towards your dream holiday location. And then suddenly the world opens up in front of you and you are greeted by a garden sloping down towards a long curved white sandy beach and shallow bay. Welcome to Ronachan.

Inside the house the wonder continues as you enter through a tiled porch vestibule into a grand hallway with original wooden floors and panelled walls. There is a cosy and snug library on your right hand side with leather bound books and luscious fur throws to coorie under infront of a roaring log fire. On your left is a long dining room able to seat all of your friends and family together for evenings filled with laughter and the clinking of glasses.

Through a traditional arched dividing wall into a quiet seating area, and then into the grand marble floored kitchen with all of the amenities you could ever need to cook up a storm. Our kitchen island is crying out to have people collect around it, all pitching in to together to make a meal to remember.

The rest of the ground floor is host to 2 king sized bedrooms, 2 toilet facilities, and a bathroom with a stunning roll top bath. But there’s no need to fight over who gets to use that as it’s not the only claw foot tub in the house.

Watch out for some this luxury holiday home’s most beautiful traditional features such as the intricate stained glass windows, large sash windows and elaborate cornicing, all which add even more luxury and wonder to this amazing home.

Up a sweeping wooden staircase, you can stop off at the mid landing for a game of snooker in Ronachan’s full sized Games Room, before continuing on past more stained glass windows onto the landing. From here there is a large lounge to your right with breathtaking views out of the front and side of the house across the beach, the sea and to the islands beyond. Light the roaring log fire to gather around as the sun sets, listening to music and chatting about your day. Next door, through sliding partition doors is the snug area where you can cuddle up and watch a movie or leave the children to play under your watchful eye.

Across the hall is the magnificent master suite with a hand carved four poster super king bed and a lounge which also has views over the bay. A breathtaking master bathroom with roll top bath and walk in marble tiled shower is the crowning glory of this luxurious suite.

Next door to the master suite is a delightful king sized en suite room with an additional toilet across the hall for ease of access from the living areas.

Up the sweeping staircase again, past even more stained glass windows, and you reach the second and top floor of this lxurious home. There are 2 super king sized en suite bedrooms, 2 king sized en suite bedrooms, and 1 twin en suite room on this floor.

Every room is decorated to the most exacting of standards with hand carved furniture, handmade blinds and curtains, and luxurious modern scottish furnishings. A palette of Farrow and Ball paint colours has been used throughout with this iconic and luxury brand themselves having visited Ronachan House and helped to provide design expertise on what colours to use across the walls.

Marvel at the unique domed window above you on the landing, and be sure to sink into a sumptuous bubble bath in the additional bathroom at the front of the house where you can watch the world go by below you on the beach.
